I do not own a Cat Genie, but I am considering one. I have 2 cats, & I scoop the litter out at least twice a day. I also completely change and scrub the boxes about once every 2 weeks. When I use litter pan liners, they bunch and get holes in them. When I don’t use them, I’m scraping pee clumps off the sides of the boxes. I spend approximately $40/mo on litter. I use sanitary wipes on the scooper daily. I’m constantly vacuuming. It’s not as easy as it seems.

i bet this is the biggest piece of shit. creative concept but there is no way it is as effective as it sounds. the “sani-solution” needs to be repurchased after it runs out. the fake litter will come out on the cats feet over time leaving nothing. you have to re-route plumbing to it. and i bet by the next time the cat needs to use it again, the fake litter will still be wet and stick to the cats feet and get dragged all over the place. wow. that was a rant. clever idea though just not feasible.

Hi I am also thinking of buying a Cat Genie. I have 5 cats, I clean the litter at least 3 to 4 times daily. Did you finally buy the Cat Genie? Is it good? Would you recommend? please let me know. Thanks.
